Frequently Asked Questions

HOW LONG DOES EACH COACHING PACKAGE LAST?

My coaching program is 90 days. We'll meet once a week for 45-60 minutes. I know that can seem overwhelming but you can take these calls while you walk, drive home from work, they won't add more to your already full plate.

How will you support me throughout the 90 days?

On top of our weekly sessions, I can also check in via text between sessions to see how your goals are going, what's working what isn't. You can also reach out to me via text M-F 9-5. 

How will I know what habits work and don't work for me?

This part can be a bit trial and error but that's why having a coach is so helpful. I'll bring questions to our sessions to help you dive deep and discover what habits you enjoy and want to add to your life.

What happens if I can't make a session?

We are sticking with 90 days so if you can't make a session 1 week, we can double up another week or try a different day that week. I do understand life happens but please give a 12 hour notice when canceling a session.

Why should I invest in this program?

That's always a good question! I'm curious, have you tried to lower your stress and build habits on your own? Would it be helpful to have someone with you, asking you questions and cheering you on?
